 OUR FARM

Our farming activities aim to develop sustainable systems for a conscious agricultural mindset, where all processes—from planting to maintenance, and from harvest to production—are monitored in detail. In our operations, we prioritize a zero-chemical and zero-synthetic substance approach, insisting on traditional methods from fertilization to harvest. Our journey, which began with 1 seedling and 1 sapling, has come very close to our targets of 1,000,000 seedlings and 1,000 saplings in a short period of 4 years.

OUR LAVENDER GARDENS

Gardens established with *Lavandula angustifolia* lavender seedlings, categorized under medicinal and aromatic plants, specifically for oil production (Sevtopolis, Drujba, and Yubileyna varieties).

OUR PECAN GARDENS

Native to the Mississippi River basin in North America, our very special variety of walnuts is a food containing high levels of antioxidants and omega-6 fatty acids, believed to help prevent many diseases such as protecting heart health and lowering cholesterol. Furthermore, they are high in protein and fiber, low in saturated fat, and are a popular alternative protein source for vegetarians. Pecans also contain many vitamins and minerals, including vitamins, magnesium, phosphorus, and manganese. Unlike regular walnuts, they do not leave a bitter taste in the mouth.

OUR ALMOND GARDENS

Our French Ferragnes almond orchard produces delicious nuts that are easy to crack and have a high kernel ratio. Due to their high riboflavin and L-carnitine content, they are one of the most preferred brain foods. They are a source of Vitamin E, antioxidants, and fiber for skin health. They have many important benefits such as aiding digestion, lowering blood pressure, cholesterol management, and bone health.

OUR OLIVE GARDENS

In our Trilye orchards, we produce cold-pressed olive oil and table Gemlik olives. Olives, one of the oldest fruits known in history, have many vital benefits, including supporting metabolism, digestion, skin and heart health, slowing natural aging, and reducing cancer risk.

HARVEST

Although it varies according to species and varieties, climate and soil conditions, altitude, and aspect, lavender reaches its full flowering stage for the Saros Bay area at the end of June or the first weeks of July and is harvested during this period. The plant is harvested manually depending on the seedling size, using a serrated sickle, or with a harvesting machine. Our harvested flowers are sent for processing to obtain essential oil. Essential oil is obtained without delay through the steam distillation method.
